Orders
If you decide to go with our services, we request certain personally identifiable information from you on our receipt and credit form. You must provide contact information (such as name, email, and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date). We use this information for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you. We do not store your credit card information as part of this service.
All orders have a 3 month return policy, if there were to be contamination within any stages the Icecream Shop will repair area(s). Client agreement to concept(s) is all sales final once frameset or object(s) leaves the shop. We are not responsible for personal change of concepts or personal unsatisfactory decisions. The Icecream shop executes agreed design from client and/or person in charge of project. Compensation can be agreed upon if designs or colors are incorrect, or can be placed back in rotation to resolve imperfection.
No projects may not be picked up while worked on – only completed projects may be dismissed or considered completed and released for pick up.
Sponsorship or Contests
Ube’s Icecream Shop often provides you the opportunity to participate in contests or sponsorship on our site. If you participate, we will request certain personally identifiable information from you. Participation in these sponsorship’s or contests is completely voluntary and you therefore have a choice whether or not to disclose this information. The requested information typically includes contact information (such as name, personal introduction, general interest), and demographic information (such as zip code).
We use this information to notify contest winners and sponsorship awarded prizes to send participants our website and/or other information to redeem awards. Any information you provide as a result of entering the contest or applying for sponsorship may also be provided to the clarify the point of entry.

Projects process and documentation may be released, but may not be tied directly to the client unless stated otherwise. If information is made public via online – we hold the right to images and initial concept sketches. If client/company prefers to remain private, we keep all information and images private.
